The Falke is a manned antigravity flyer. It is well armored and mounts a 23mm minigun. It is designed to fly low over the battlefield, pop up to attack, then quickly scoot off to the next target. The Falke is one of those iconic MaK designs that I fell in love with instantly.
This is a build of the PlaMax/Mak Factory 1/35 Falke injection molded kit released in 2024. The model was originally built and primed by John Bonanni. He added a new engine thruster and some additional PE details but otherwise a nice clean OOB build ready for paint.
I plan to finish this as a model marked with the 500th Special Bomber Wing Bomber Cat 2nd Squadron “Bomber Cats” winter scheme over the spinach green base color.
Over the black primer I dabbed a layer of white ink with a torn bit of kitchen sponge.
A translucent layer of green was airbrushed with Tamiya acrylics.
