This is my third build of the SAFSRS SeaPig. The first one was a scratch-built conversion of a SnakeEye ModelKasten resin kit. The second time I built one using the Zionel Western split suit conversion. This time, I used the re-release Wave SeaPig kit.
This one was by far the easiest build. The only changes I made were sculpting new joint covers, replacing the kit power pipes with Wave springs, and adding a few welds.
The model is airbrushed with Tamiya acrylics. The markings are kit decals plus a die cut letter “F” mask for airbrushing. Weathering is a combination of oil paints and weathering pencils.
